Actress Mischa Barton is spotted house hunting in Southampton

Last week, actress Mischa Barton was spotted house hunting at Bishops Pond community in Southampton with Douglas Elliman agent, Aaron Curti.

Best known for her acting on The O.C., Barton is starring in the supernatural horror film, The Toybox, which is due in theaters in September. The actress already has family homes in London, Los Angeles, and New York, but seems to be ready to add a Hamptons address to her list of residences.

Townhouses at Bishops Pond range between about 3,000 and 5,000 square feet in size, with between three and five bedrooms. Residents will have access to a private pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and yoga room.
