What/Where: A renovated contemporary home in south-of-the-highway Sagaponack.
Size: 6,500 square feet, 1.4 acres.

After just landing on the market last week, we want readers to guess how much a totally renovated 1992 contemporary house is listed for in Sagaponack. The home spans 6,500 square feet in size with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus walls of glass windows and doors in the double-height living room make the space feel bigger than it already is.

We’re particularly fond of the futuristic floating glass staircase, hardwood floors found throughout, and the massive eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and clean white cabinetry.

The master suite features a private terrace and ensuite bathroom with frameless glass shower.

Outside, new homeowners will enjoy a heated saltwater gunite pool and a two-car garage.

What do you think the property is listed for? Take our poll and tell us in the comments.
