Beauty entrepreneur Adrien Arpel—who has sold her products in departments stores and the Home Shopping Network—has put her oceanfront Meadow Lane estate in Southampton on the market for $38 million.
Arpel has lived at 2020 Meadow Lane for the last 37 years, and built the current estate with her husband, Ronald Newman, back in 2002, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Mediterranean-style abode has been renovated twice since it was built 16 years ago, most recently in the last year.
The estate offers 7,250 square feet of living space on 8 acres of land—which has water access to not just the Atlantic Ocean, but to Shinnecock Bay as well. Inside, there are seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, an elevator, a grand living room, a dining room, a library, a renovated kitchen, and a master suite with a new bathroom and access to the oceanview swimming pool.
In additional to the oceanside pool, there’s also a tennis court, manicured grounds, gazebo, and a private pathway leading to the beach outside.
