So, as with any tiny home on the East End, it may not be suitable for those looking to entertain massive Hamptons parties, but it’s perfect for couples or small families who may see the occasional guest or two.

We’re pleasantly surprised at how spacious the kitchen is considering the limited square footage that the house provides. Features include hardwood floors, updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of storage and countertop space.
