What you can buy for under $1M in Springs right now

Built in 2004, this 2,000-square-foot Springs home has an open floorplan, a U-shaped kitchen, a fireplace in the living room, and an ensuite master bedroom on the second floor. There are three guest bedrooms (four bedrooms total), and two more bathrooms inside the shingled home. The lower level isn’t finished, but could be for additional living or storage space.

Outside, the quarter-acre property has professional landscaping and a heated pool.

Though this house is the same price as the previous home, it’s a bit larger and it’s on a half-acre lot—which is twice the acreage of the last featured property. Interiors offer 2,400 square feet, four bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms. A first-floor master suite and first-floor junior master suite both have sliding glass doors that lead outside.

The finished lower level with full-height ceilings and a finished laundry room give the home an additional 900 square feet of living space.

The least expensive home that we’re featuring is also the smallest with just 1,600 square feet—but it’s on a half-acre of land, which isn’t too bad. Located in the Clearwater Beach community, homeowners will be allowed access to a resident-only beach and marina nearby.

Inside, there are three bedrooms and three full-bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, formal dining room, gourmet chef’s kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Downstairs, the finished lower level has a full wet bar, poker area, full bathroom, and laundry room.

French doors off the master suite open out to bluestone patios outside. The exterior offers a mahogany deck, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, a spa, and a heated pool.
