What/Where: A historic farmhouse from 1802 with an entertainment barn on the property in south-of-the-highway Amagansett
Size: 3,000 square feet, 0.84 acres

This farmhouse in Amagansett—originally built in 1802—has just come on the sales market, and this week, we want our readers to guess how much it’s listed for.

Standing around 3,000 square feet in size with hardwood floors and period details throughout, the spacious farmhouse offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms between three stories. The interiors feature wood beamed ceilings, a master suite, and a country kitchen that admittedly could use some updates.

Outside, one will enjoy a covered front porch, gardens, and a heated pool. There’s also an entertainment barn on the property with a brick fireplace, hardwood floors, skylights, wood-beamed ceilings, and a loft.

Located south of the highway near Amagansett shops and restaurants, this property is about a half-mile from the ocean at the end of its street, and is close to the Amagansett Double Dunes Preserve as well as the Amagansett National Wildlife Refuge.
