Whaleship captain Atkins Eldredge had this Sag Harbor home built for him back in 1843, and it’s recently been renovated and brought up to date with modern conveniences. Just earlier this year, we featured the home when it went on the sales market—and between then and now, the home has been totally transformed.

What then was serving as a sitting room is now the master suite, maintaining the wood beamed ceilings and fireplace. The eat-in kitchen has also been updated with custom cabinetry and a new paint job on the floor-to-ceiling windows.
