After just four months on the market, this beautiful, newly-built Georgica section estate at 58 Jericho Road in East Hampton has found a buyer under the most recent $7,595,000 asking price.

The 0.93-acre property sold in 2015 for $3.3 million and the new house was completed earlier this year with construction by Bluefin General Contracting. In April, the estate listed under Saunders Real Estate agent Sarah Minardi, and went into contract earlier this week.

In almost 7,300 total square feet, the cedar-shingled farmhouse offers seven ensuite bedrooms plus two half-bathrooms. The south-of-the-highway home has about 5,000 square feet of living space between the first two levels, while the finished lower level adds an additional 2,300 square feet.
