Earlier this year in March, beauty and skincare exec, Trish McEvoy, and her dermatologist husband, Ronald Sherman, put their waterfront Southampton estate on the market for $23.5 million. After five months available for sale, the property has received its first price cut.

With $4 million taken off the listing, the Squabble Lane mansion is now asking $19.5 million under Corcoran Group’s luxury real estate agent, Tim Davis.

The couple purchased the 2.4-acre property from Elena Ford back in 2000 for $5,495,000—an heiress of the Ford family and an executive at the Ford Motor Company. The home was built for Ford in 1998 by architect Preston T. Phillips.

In 8,500 square feet of living space, there are seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms inside the all-white contemporary home, as well as a double-height great room with skylights, water views throughout, and a master suite with hardwood floors and a fireplace.

Sited on Wickapogue Pond, the 6 Squabble Lane address is one of the only ones in the Murray Compound with deeded ocean access. New homeowners will also enjoy an outdoor living space and pool.
