The Hamptons has a real estate market like no other. And as with any market, real estate listings on the East End should cater to the market that it’s selling to. But what qualities make a listing effective? What can make or break a listing?
For us, the photos are incredibly important. We’ve toured homes that are beautiful and awe-inspiring when you’re up close and personal, but the photos on the listing fall flat in comparison.
What other qualities do our readers think make a listing effective? Does broker babble help you imagine the home or does it distract you? Do you always need to have a physical location or are you OK with undisclosed addresses?
