The Hamptons has a real estate market like no other. And as with any market, real estate listings on the East End should cater to the market that it’s selling to. But what qualities make a listing effective? What can make or break a listing?

What other qualities do our readers think make a listing effective? Does broker babble help you imagine the home or does it distract you? Do you always need to have a physical location or are you OK with undisclosed addresses?
Whatever the case, tell us in the comments.
