This Southampton home, known as “Girasole”—which means “sunflower” in Italian—could be your East End retreat for $5.85 million. Built in 1985, the floral themed home stands 5,300 square feet on a full acre of land in the village, just a mile from shops and restaurants and the same distance from the ocean at the end of Old Town Road.

Inside, there are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, cathedral ceilings and a fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and a first-floor master suite with a fireplace. There is a full basement downstairs.

Outside, homeowners will enjoy a covered outdoor kitchen, pool, and tennis court.

Located at 298 Narrow Lane, the property came on the market earlier this year in April from $6.6 million, but cut its price after just three weeks down to $6.4 million. Two months later, another $550,000 has come off the price tag, putting it at $5.85 million, under Brown Harris Stevens agent, Andrea Ackerman.
