What/Where: An oceanfront modern home in Montauk.
Size: 3,000 square feet, 1 acres

Last week, we had readers guess the price of an oceanview compound in Montauk and a good amount of our readers got it right. This week, we want to see if readers can guess how much this modern oceanfront Montauk home is listed for.

Once owned by baked goods entrepreneur, Robert Entenmann, this completely renovated waterfront home has just come on the market. The 3,000-square-foot modern has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms between two stories, as well as 2,000 square feet of exterior living space.

Designed by Robert Young, the home has a “focus on minimalism”, according to the listing, with hardwood floors throughout, a double-height living room and library, a chef’s kitchen with poured concrete countertops, and views over the Atlantic Ocean.

Outside, there’s 135 feet of direct ocean frontage, a heated gunite saltwater pool, and a two-car garage on the gated 1-acre property.

The home was on the market for $10 million back in 2012 and a year later went for $7,375,000, according to its Zillow price history. Since it was totally renovated and made into a brand new house, we’re going to start the poll at $15 million.
