Unfortunately, this Wainscott home from 1985 is the closest one to the highway. But the 5,000-square-foot home is also the largest one in the bunch.
With five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on 1.3 acres of land, there’s plenty of room inside the barn-style home. Features include a first-floor master suite with patio access and a formal living room with a fireplace. Outside, new owners will enjoy a heated pool, an in-ground trampoline, and bluestone patios off the kitchen for dining and entertaining.

The smallest home that we’re featuring stands 3,000 square feet—which is still a decent size—with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is also, however, on the smallest lot of just 0.61 acres. Built in 1968 and renovated in 2010, this Wainscott cottage has hardwood floors, a fireplace in the living room, beamed cathedral ceilings, and a spacious master suite with a sitting space.
Exterior living is complete with a gunite pool, stone patio, and garage.
