Welcome to PriceSpotter, Curbed’s guessing game. Try to guess how much this place is asking—and remember, no cheating! Take our poll to tell us what you think the asking price is and we’ll reveal the listing on Thursday.

What/Where: An 18th century Colonial style home in Quogue.
Size: 3,912 square feet, 1.25 acres.

Originally built in 1796 and then later expanded in the 1800s, this classic Colonial style home in Quogue has recently come on the market—so this week, we’re having readers guess its asking price.

Inside the 222-year-old home, there’s nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and original details such as wide planked floors, beamed ceilings, and three wood-burning fireplace. There are multiple living spaces throughout.

The 1.25-acre property sits about two miles north of the ocean on Dune Road. The downside is that it’s on Montauk Highway—so because of this, we’re going to start the poll at $1 million.
