Sander Jacobs—the producer for the musical “Hamilton”—has purchased a home in Water Mill, reports The Real Deal.
The newly-built mansion has 9,800 square feet of living space on 1.1 acres, and was last purchased by developer couple Ronen and Jessica Guetta from Guetta Building Company for $1.1 million back in 2013.
Jacobs reportedly bought the custom manse for $7.3 million, which is just a bit under the most recent $7.9 million asking price. The home came on the market in March of this year for $8,495,000 and cut its price in May.
Inside, there are eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, 20-foot ceilings, six-inch white oak floors throughout, a fireplace in the living room, and a wet bar. On the first floor, a junior master suite with a private entrance features a custom closet and bathroom with radiant heat, while the second-floor master wing has a marble floating fireplace, private balcony, and separate office.
A fully-furnished outdoor kitchen is situated on a large stone patio with outdoor seating near the gunite pool and two sundecks. Also outside, one will find a 1,200-square-foot pool cabana with a full kitchen, bathroom, office, bonus room, and entertaining area.
The property was co-represented by Tal Alexander from Douglas Elliman and Matthew Breitenbach from Compass.
