Even though Mickey Drexler comes up quite a bit in the Hamptons real estate news cycle, he isn’t the former J. Crew president that we’re talking about here. Fashion executive, Jeffrey Pfeifle, and real estate broker, David Granville, have listed their Water Mill home at 204 Upper Seven Ponds Road for $5.9 million, reports the New York Post.
The home is also available to rent from August to Labor Day for a cool $110,000 through Corcoran agents, Peter Hallock, Peter Huffine, Mala Sander, and owner, David Granville. Sander and Granville represent the sales listing.
Pfeifle and Granville purchased the home back in 2008 for $4.3 million, and told the Post that “it is time for something new.”
In 5,000 square feet, the shingle-style home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus cathedral ceilings in the living room, a first-floor master suite, and two more junior master suites upstairs. The exterior living space includes a pool, pool house, gazebo, and an apple orchard.
Sited north of the highway, the home is about two and a half miles from the ocean at Flying Point Beach, and just one mile from Water Mill shops on Montauk Highway.
