Maybe you didn’t think you were going to attend and then you were able to get time off work or maybe you just didn’t think through how you’d be staying in Southampton for two weeks. Whatever the case may be, if you’re in need of a last-minute short-term rental for the upcoming U.S. Open next week, there are still some homes available.

This one will cost you a cool $500,000 for any two weeks around the time of the sporting event.

The newly-built home stands 9,000 square feet on nearly 2 acres of land right near the Shinnecock Hills Golf Course in Southampton, with five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. For those who can’t get enough of golf, there’s a putting green outside, while an infinity pool, spa, gym, and game rooms provide retreat from the sport. The finished lower level also has billiards and ping pong.

Even though it’s short notice from now until the start of the U.S. Open (which starts on Monday!) a half-million price tag seems like a lot of money to ask for just two weeks. Even the Hilton family is asking a fraction of that for their short-term rental.

An address isn’t disclosed, but the listing states that the property is just 1.1 miles away from the course, and a photo shows the home in relation to the golf course. The property is represented by Ritchey Howe from Sotheby’s International Realty.
