Pop artist Greg Miller has listed his modern home and artist studio at 102 Talmage Farm Lane in East Hampton’s Springs for $1.95 million under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, John Healey.

The 4,100-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, while the 1,500-square-foot climate-controlled artist’s studio sits adjacent to the main house. Interior features include an open floorplan, a commercial-grade kitchen, and glass sliders that lead to the exterior living space, including a deck and a pool.

Outside, there’s also a hot tub, outdoor shower, an a one-car garage.

High ceilings, professional lighting, and a glass overhead door can all be found in the art studio.

The listing claims that the home was recently completed—and we love the fresh-looking kitchen and hardwood floors—but the exteriors still look a bit dated. Miller purchased the property at the end of 2013 for $780,000. During renovations, he added the studio, a master suite, two bathrooms, and the separate garage.
