This week’s PriceSpotter is a brand new home near Clearwater Beach in Springs. The energy efficient home stands 3,250 square feet in size with four ensuite bedrooms and an additional half-bathroom on a half-acre of hedged land.

Inside, there’s an open floorplan, vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, and sliding doors that lead out to 700 square feet of mahogany decking, exterior living space, and a heated saltwater gunite pool. The finished lower level features a media room, polished concrete floors, and bathrooms with radiant heat.

Last year, the property sold for $350,000—but since there’s now a newly built house on the property, we’re going to start the guessing at $1 million.
