Designed by Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects in 2015, this Amagansett Dunes contemporary style home was listed for $14.8 million three years ago. Earlier this week, it returned to the market under Bespoke Real Estate agents Cody and Zach Vichinsky for a less expensive $11.25 million.

The home itself has 4,343 square feet with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms inside, but if you include the exterior living space, the total square footage is around 7,000. Interiors include plain sawn white oak flooring, radiant heated floors, and an upside-down floorplan with the living and dining spaces situated on the second level to maximize the views of the surrounding landscape.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, a see-through limestone fireplace, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen can all be found on the second level.

There’s also smart home technology, water-resistant cement board panels on the exterior, and geothermal solar and cooling panels.

Outside, new homeowners will enjoy ocean views from the 800-square-foot rooftop deck and landscaping on the 0.71-acre property completed by LaGuardia Design Group. The exterior living space features a heated gunite pool with a mahogany deck, a pool patio with a shower, a carport, and a garage.
