Earlier this week, we had readers guess the asking price of this sunny waterfront home on Gardiner’s Bay in East Hampton’s Springs neighborhood. About half of those who voted thought that it was listed for somewhere between $2 million and $3 million, but it’s actually just a little higher. Listed under Sotheby’s International Realty agents, Kim and Rick Slater, this bayfront home is asking $3.3 million.

About 10 people guessed correctly, but a slightly higher 15 votes went to the lowest category of under $2 million. Just one voter guessed it was asking over $4 million.

Built in 1990, the 1,000-square-foot home is sited on three quarters of an acre on Gardiner’s Bay with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Interiors feature hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceilings in the living room, and an open floorplan on the first level. Admittedly, the kitchen needs some work, but one of the bathrooms has a unique green tile and glass brick detail in the shower that we love.

The beachfront property last sold in 2014 for $1,537,500—do you think it’s fairly priced this time around on the market?
