Missy Lynch—owner of the Hampton Jitney—has put her Quogue waterfront home on the market for $5,759,000. Lynch purchased Jitney back in 1988 with her husband, which has been in operation for almost 45 years.

Built in 1990, the 7,025-square-foot shingle style estate at 32 Penniman Point Road has six bedrooms and six bathrooms on over 5 acres of waterfront land on Penniman Creek. Inside, there are water views, three fireplaces, an eat-in kitchen, an open floorplan, and a spacious double-height living room. For guests, there’s a one-bedroom suite with a private entrance.

A wraparound porch makes outdoor living a breeze, as does the second-floor balconies. There’s also a heated gunite pool and the property has dock permits in place for the new owners to build.

While the property enjoys beautiful water views, it’s about 4 miles from the ocean at Rogers Beach and nearly 10 miles from Cupsogue Beach, which amounts to over a 20-minute drive.
