Built back in 1760, this 258-year-old Sag Harbor village home at 6 Union Street just came on the market for $7,495,000 under Compass listing agent, Scott Strough.

Once the home of Captain John Hulbert, the Greek Revival style home has been restored and renovated to bring it into the 21st century while maintaining 18th century details such as original exposed beams. However, of the few listing photos available, the interior shots look like renderings.

In 6,000 square feet, the home features five ensuite bedrooms and two half-bathrooms among the four stories of living space, serviced by an elevator. There are eight working masonry fireplaces throughout, smart home technology, a full bar, butler’s pantry, and wine storage.

Outside, new homeowners will enjoy a 600-square-foot rooftop deck, a heated gunite pool and spa, and bluestone patios.

A year ago in June of 2017, the 0.2-acre property sold for $2.5 million, and before that in 2016 for $1.33 million.

We’re hoping more interior photos become available soon.
