The most expensive home that we’re featuring here was built back in 1950 and stands 1,500 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on 0.88 acres of land. Sited in the northern neighborhood of Culloden Point, the bayfront home is right on the water and has direct beach access on Fort Pond Bay.
The property has room for expansion if the 1,500-square-foot home is too small.

Also in the Culloden Point neighborhood, this home may be slightly less expensive, but it’s a much larger 5,740 square feet in size with four bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms inside on 1.42 acres of land. And though it may not be waterfront, there are distant water views from the second-level master suite. The other three bedrooms are also ensuite and feature walk-in closets, while the master and one additional bedroom both have private balconies.
There are two marble countertop islands in the kitchen, a sun porch, a formal living room with a fireplace, and French doors that lead outside. The exteriors host an outdoor shower, stone patios, a three-car garage, and a heated gunite pool.
