If you’re looking for a Labor Day Weekend rental, this one has amazing water views

What was once a ’70s beach house in need of a renovation is now an updated modern home sited on the highest elevation on Gerard Drive in Springs with views over both Gardiner’s Bay and Accabonac Harbor. Though the home is a bit small with just 1,300 square feet, tenants won’t be needing much space as the rental is only available for two weeks at the end of this summer, from August 21 to September 4. asking $20,000.

With Labor Day landing on Monday, September 3, the rental is perfect for taking some time off at the end of the summer and enjoying the long weekend.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms inside the home, as well as beamed ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling matte black fireplace, an eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, and sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor waterview wraparound mahogany deck.

Unfortunately, tenants won’t enjoy a pool, but the property is right on the bay which makes it great for water sports like kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding.
