It was last asking $10.9M

A little over a year ago, former NFL tight end Vyto Kab—who’s played for the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, and Detroit Lions—listed his Southampton estate at 41 Herrick Road for $13.75 million. During its time on the market, the property received a few reductions in the asking price, eventually bringing it down to $10.9 million.

Earlier this week, a contract was signed and the property has a pending offer.

Built in 2016, the shingle style home boasts an incredible 12,900 square feet of living space with seven ensuite bedrooms plus two additional full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms among four levels serviced by an elevator. There’s also a solarium, eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, butler’s pantry, a staff suite, five fireplaces, and a gym and wine cellar.

Bluestone terraces provide living and entertaining space outdoors, in addition to a swimming pool, pool cabana, and outdoor shower.

The 1-acre property was purchased with a teardown in 2011 for about $4 million. Corcoran Group’s Tim Davis represents the current listing.
