What/Where?: A restored farmhouse in south-of-the-highway Amagansett.
Size: 3,200 square feet, 1.07 acres.

For this week’s PriceSpotter, we’re having readers take a guess at how much this restored Amagansett farmhouse is listed for to rent from Memorial Day to Labor Day this summer. Originally built back in 1870, the home features five bedrooms and five bathrooms on over an acre of land near local shops.

After a total restoration, the century-old home now features two staircases, two seating areas, an open kitchen with breakfast nook, sitting room or office, and multiple terraces off three levels of living space.

The exterior has also had some updating—tenants will enjoy Weeping Beech, Sassafras, and Magnolia trees, as well as a new gunite pool and spa, a poolside terrace, a pool house with a deck and pergola, and a brand new two-car garage. There’s also a full barn that the listing suggests being used as either a yoga studio or entertainment space.

The property is located about a mile north of Atlantic Avenue Beach.

What do you think the home is listed for this summer? Here’s a hint: It was last asking $60,000 per month, so we’re going to start the guessing at $180,000 for the whole summer.
