In Wainscott, Goose Creek takes $2M off its asking price

This is the first price cut the home has seen since coming on the market

In January, the historic Goose Creek home in Wainscott that’s been home to many celebrity tenants—including, but not limited to, Christie Brinkley and Billy Joel, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyoncé and Jay-Z—came on the market for nearly $16 million.

Described as “one of the most famous homes in the Hamptons,” Goose Creek has just shaved $2 million off its asking price, putting it at $13,995,000 under Corcoran Group’s real estate agents, Michael Schultz and Susan Ryan.

Last purchased back in 2014 for $10.55 million by talent agent Bryan Bantry and former business partner Bob Felner, the estate is known for having the largest home movie theater in the Hamptons. It can seat an incredible 110 people.

Built in 1960, the incredible home spans 19,000 square feet over 5.5 acres of land in south-of-the-highway Wainscott with a creek outlet that leads into Georgica Pond. Inside, there are eight bedrooms and 11 and a half bathrooms, plus an indoor pool and spa and an entertaining space with a wet bar.
