The exterior lacks a pool, but there’s a walkway that leads down to the private 200 feet of bay frontage, plus two separate two-car garages.
Sited at 52 Bendigo Road, this waterfront abode affords a good amount of privacy while still being close to village shops and restaurants and just a quick walk or drive to the Devon Yacht Club.
Although it’s on a sizable plot, the home is a bit dated and will require a facelift, especially on the exterior. Plus, with little outdoor living space (aside from a second-level deck) we wonder if the price is going to need to come down to entice a buyer.
