The 12,000-square-foot mansion on nearly 12 acres of land at 9 Morgan Hill Way in Bridgehampton has found a buyer after just over a year on the sales market. Listing in March of 2017 for $21 million, the ’80s mansion came down to $18 million just two months later and went into contract under the most recent asking price.

On a massive waterfront parcel—which features 770 feet on Kellis Pond—there’s plenty of opportunities to keep busy and active. Not only will the future owner be able to dock a boat and enjoy water sports, but there’s also a tennis court and basketball court already on the property.

There are no interior photos available, so we’re curious to see the state of the nine-bedroom, eight-bath home. But given the listing suggests building a brand new 15,000-square-foot home, we’re guessing it’s going to be torn down. The property can accommodate a mega-mansion with a guest house, pool, pool house, and even an equestrian barn and horse farm.

The new property owners will enjoy lots of privacy at this estate as it borders 32 acres of development rights sold land, which will guarantee the preservation of the land. It is represented by Matthew Breitenbach of Compass Real Estate.
