Unfortunately, all of these homes have undisclosed addresses, so we can’t see exactly where they are or how close to the beach the tenants will be. But we’ll still take a look to see what’s out there.
This traditional style home on a half-acre of land stands 2,400 square feet in size with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. According to the listing, the property is just a close distance to the village, so tenants will enjoy proximity to shops and restaurants.
Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool.

On three acres of land, this renovated modern home has 2,500 square feet, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. After a total renovation, the interiors have light hardwood floors and white walls to maximize natural light pouring in from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Outside, there’s a saltwater pool and tennis court. In addition to being available for the month of June, the property can also be rented for the entire summer season, or shorter monthly periods.

We adore the curb appeal on this East Hampton rental. According to the listing, it’s situated between East Hampton village and Sag Harbor, which will give tenants a close distance to both village’s shops and restaurants.
In 2,500 square feet, this home is about the same size as the previous two homes, but it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sited on a half-acre of land, the home has been recently renovated and redecorated.
Outside, there’s a brand new gunite swimming pool, decking, and a barbecue grill.
