Real Housewives of New York star, Jill Zarin, reportedly moved out of her beloved Southampton estate at the end of the year. She bid farewell to “Camp Zarin” via Instagram in December after owning the estate for five years with her family.

During her videos, Zarin mentions her husband Bobby, who at the time was hospitalized during his battle against cancer. He passed away soon after, in January of 2018.

The estate is now available to rent for the entire summer for $260,000 under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Angela Boyer-Stump. For those looking to stay for a shorter period of time, it can be rented for the month of July for $110,000, or from August to Labor Day for $125,000.

Located in Southampton’s Shinnecock Hills neighborhood, the 1.25-acre property has 150 feet of water frontage on Shinnecock Bay and a walkway to the beach. Built in 2011, there’s 6,000 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom.

Inside, there’s a rounded glass-bottomed floating staircase, hardwood floors, views over the bay, and high ceilings throughout. The kitchen features a center island and stainless steel appliances, and the master suite has a spa-like bathroom.
