Food Network star Rachael Ray put her Southampton property on the market back in August of last year for $4.9 million, before removing it and then relisting a month ago for a slightly less $4,699,000.

The eager-to-sell celebrity chef has just split the compound into two properties and listed them as separate parcels.

The main house on 0.3 acres by itself is seeking $3,795,000, while the empty 5.8-acre parcel is listed for $925,000, both under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Angela Boyer-Stump.

The whole 6.1-acre compound is still available, asking a slightly less $4.5 million.

In 3,000 square feet of living space, the main house has three ensuite bedrooms and two additional bathrooms, an open floorplan, and—of course—a gourmet kitchen. The exterior features a heated gunite pool accompanied by a four-room pool house, and pergola-covered bluestone patios that have plenty of room for entertaining.

If you’re particularly fond of the interiors, the furniture is also available with the purchase of the home and Ray is willing to accommodate a Memorial Day move-in.

The 5.8-acre empty parcel is sited right next to the Southampton Golf Course (while not the location for this year’s U.S. Open, that course is only just down the road), and is buildable, but looks like it needs to be cleared first.
