Bethenny Frankel lists historic Hamptons home for $3M seven months after buying

She purchased it for just over $2M and recently listed it for $3M

Just seven months ago in October of 2017, Real Housewives star and businesswoman Bethenny Frankel purchased the historic Morning Glory House—built in 1910—at 2623 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton. Last asking $2,495,000, Frankel closed on the property for $2,037,000.

Once a bed and breakfast, the Morning Glory House is now back on the market for $2,995,000 under Compass Real Estate agent, Caroline Sarraf.

Frankel put a bit of work into the home—most notably changing the wall color in the living and dining spaces and updating the bathrooms—but the kitchen looks mostly untouched. The exterior looks like it’s been refreshed with new shingles.

In 4,239 square feet, there are seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, an entrance foyer, high ceilings, walls of windows, and a marble wet bar. There’s also a double parlor living room with a fireplace, a butler’s pantry, and professional appliances in the kitchen.

An unfinished third floor could be used as an office or play room once it’s been finished.

French doors lead outside, where the hedged and gated property features a wraparound veranda, a heated gunite pool, stone patios, and exterior dining and lounging areas.
