Former White House communications director, Anthony Scaramucci, is relisting his Hamptons retreat at 30 Lawrence Court in Water Mill after buying it just nine months ago, reports the New York Post.

Scaramucci and his wife, Deidre Ball, paid the full $7,495,000 asking price for the newly-built Farrell Building Company home, but requested multiple add-ons such as a pool house and home movie theater. Once the home was customized, they paid a total of $8.2 million for the estate.

Just nine months after the purchase, the home is going back on the market under Farrell for just under $9 million—which means that the couple hasn’t even spent a summer there.

According to the Post, Scaramucci is planning to “upgrade to a better home,” and is looking at something oceanfront in Bridgehampton.

The Water Mill home has eight bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms on nearly an acre of land. Sited on a private cul-de-sac, the property features nature reserve views and a heated gunite pool and spa.
