What/Where: A creekfront property on Great Plains Road in Southampton’s south-of-the-highway estate section.
Size: 4,600 square feet, 1.8 acres.

This week’s PriceSpotter is a south-of-the-highway estate on Great Plains Road in Southampton’s estate section. Built in 1980, the home has 4,600 square feet of living space on nearly two acres of waterfront land. Though not on a pond or bay, the property is sited on a creek that leads into Shinnecock Bay.

Inside, there are five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a bar in the living room, and an eat-in kitchen with contemporary appliances. There’s also a wood-burning fireplace in the den and a formal dining room for added living space.

In the master suite, one will find a bathroom and two walk-in closets.

Other interior features include hardwood floors throughout, built-ins for storage, a finished lower level, a game room, a gym, and French-doors that lead out to the back yard and water access. Outside, homeowners will also enjoy a large wood deck, heated gunite pool, and mature trees and gardens.

Here’s a hint: The property last sold in 2016 for $13.7 million, so we’re going to start the guessing at $14 million.
