Intermix co-founder, Haro Keledjian, has listed his Bridgehampton estate at 285 Jobs Lane for $6,495,000, reports Women’s Wear Daily. The 1.4-acre property is represented by Saunders Real Estate agent, Nancy Mizrahi.
Keledjian co-founded fashion store Intermix in 1993 with his brother, Khajak. After twenty years, the notable brand was sold to Gap, Inc. for $130 million in 2013.
Originally built in 1980, Keledjian has put some work into the 4,200-square-foot home to bring the structure up-to-date with fresh interiors accented by white walls, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows and sliding glass doors that allow lots of natural light inside. He purchased the home back in 2013 for $4,795,000 and has listed the property for rent in the past.
The barn style home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, an open living concept, a double-height living room with beamed cathedral ceilings, and an eat-in kitchen. On the second level, one will find the master suite with a fireplace, marble bathroom with a spa tub, a private office, and a private terrace.
For outdoor living, new owners will enjoy a heated saltwater gunite pool surrounded by patio space for lounging, but unfortunately there are no listing photos available. There are also flower gardens, a pergola, and a garage with a guest apartment on the second level.
Located in south-of-the-highway Bridgehampton, the property is just a half-mile from the ocean at Mecox Beach.
