Bridgehampton ’80s modern with ocean access asks $6M

The home is in need of some renovations, but it has a great, wide open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows

Sited on an acre of land south of the highway in Bridgehampton, this modern home from 1980 that’s in need of some interior renovations just listed for sale for $6 million under Brown Harris Stevens agent, Chris Burnside.

Unfortunately, there aren’t many photos available—but from what we can tell, the kitchen needs a full gut and the dated tile floors could be swapped out for some hardwood. But it has a great, wide open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fireplace in the living room that all have the potential to look great again once the space is updated.

Parts of the house look like they’ve already gotten some renovations. The bedrooms have newer-looking hardwood floors and sliding glass doors that lead outside.

In 2,000 square feet, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on over an acre of land.

Outside, one will find a heated pool, patio space, an outdoor shower, and ocean access. Located at 51 Sandpiper Lane in Bridgehampton, the property is just a quarter-mile from the beach, which is just a five-minute walk.

Would you renovate the home or tear it down? Tell us in the comments.
