Used as the home featured in Rough Night—a 2017 movie about a bachelorette party gone awry starring Scarlett Johansson, Zoë Kravitz, Kate McKinnon, Jillian Bell, and Ilana Glazer—this waterfront contemporary could be your Hamptons summer rental for a cool $550,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Sited at 49 East Beach Drive in Southampton’s North Sea neighborhood, the 6,000-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on a half-acre of waterfront land that sits at the end of a peninsula on Little Peconic Bay. Inside the contemporary home, water views are maximized through floor-to-ceiling windows, an open floor plan, and 22-foot high ceilings.

The house is totally furnished, has a fireplace in the living room, and a pool and deck outside that’s a good size for pool parties in the summer.

Unfortunately, the interior photos don’t seem like they’re doing the property much justice, and we’d like to see more of the interiors.

The estate is also available for shorter periods during the season. If you’re looking to rent for just June the home will cost $165,000, for July it’s $175,000, for just August it’s $195,000, and from July to Labor Day it’ll cost $365,000.

It’s co-represented by Nicholas Hayward of Douglas Elliman, Andrea Ackerman and Myles Kronman of Brown Harris Stevens, Judith Mendoza of Halstead Property, and Virginia Gerardi of Nest Seekers International.
