After about a year available for sale, the Main Street house got a slight price decrease down to $1,275,000—and after another two years, the home has finally sold for the most recent asking price.

Built over 200 years ago, the 2,747-square-foot home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, three fireplaces, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights throughout, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Even though the structure has gotten some updates, period details remain.
