After just two months and a slight price decrease, this waterfront home has found a buyer

When Curbed covered this retro-meets-millennial pink Hampton Bays home on Tiana Bay, we were loving the unique exterior, double-height living room, skylights, and of course the water frontage and views. At the time, the 3,000-square-foot home had just landed on the market for a touch under $2 million.

After just two months on the market and a slight decrease in the listing price, this bayfront home with half an acre has found a buyer who signed under its most recent $1,849,000 price tag.

Interior features include a corner double-height stone fireplace, glass bricks at the entrance of the home, lots of counter space in the kitchen, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to the deck and pool.

Located at south-of-the-highway 17 Romana Drive, the property is about two miles from Main Street shops and restaurants. It is represented by Douglas Elliman agents Constance Porto, Anne Marie Francavilla, and Carol Pugliese.
