This week’s PriceSpotter is a gorgeous, newly renovated estate in Montauk with views over the Montauk Downs Golf Course. The home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms with an open floor plan on the main floor.

White Carrera island countertops and a professional oven can be found in the sleek kitchen, while the living room features a fireplace and wall of glass doors that lead out to the back deck with golf course views. There’s also a gunite pool, outdoor shower, and garage.

In the master suite, tenants will enjoy a marble bathroom with both a shower and a freestanding soaking tub.

Located near the Montauk Downs Golf Course, the property is about two and a half miles from the ocean at Ditch Plains, and about two miles from the Montauket.

According to its Zillow report, the property was recently listed for $20,000 per month, so we’re going to start the guessing at $60,000 for the whole summer, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
