Located at 12 Peninsula Drive in Noyack—which is right near Foster Memorial Town Beach and close by access to Payne’s Creek—has just come on the market for $1.45 million under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, John Christopher.

The home stands a reasonable 1,638 square feet in size with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms inside. Built in 1997, the home looks like it’s been updated in recent years, with features like light hardwood floors, white walls, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

On a half-acre of land, the property features a shed and a heated gunite pool, plus plenty of patio and lawn space to entertain.

Back in 2005, the home sold for $735,000. Given the work that’s been done over the years and the rise in market value since 2005, we’re thinking that the price isn’t bad—but we also wouldn’t be surprised to see it come down a bit before selling.

What do you think of the home?
