Actress and model Christie Brinkley has relisted two of her Hamptons properties and, according to the New York Post, intends on “living in whichever one doesn’t sell first.” Both listed with Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito, the properties total $49.5 million.
Tower Hill is where Brinkley is currently staying, which dates back to 1891 and is sited on 20 acres of land off Brick Kiln Road. After coming on the market eight years ago for $30 million, the 11,000-square-foot estate has hardly changed its price and is now listed for $29.5 million.
The main house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a 50-foot observation tower, greenhouse conservatory, and a barn or artist’s studio with living quarters. There’s also a heated four-car garage, a double-height great room, three fireplaces, a gated entry, gardens, a hidden tennis court, and a heated gunite pool.
The actress purchased Tower Hill back in 1998 for $3.22 million.

Located at 1 Fahys Road in North Haven, the other estate stands a smaller 5,500 square feet on four and a half acres of land. The five-bedroom, five-bath house is also from the 19th-century, having been originally built in 1843 and still maintains period details like the wide plank pine floors, an oak banister, and fireplaces. The master suite features its own sitting room, bathroom, and private waterview terrace.
Outside, there’s 327 feet of private beach on Sag Harbor Bay and a heated gunite pool.
Brinkley purchased the property back in 2004 for $7.15 million before listing it for sale in 2010 for $15.75 million. It was then taken off the market after about a year, before relisting in 2017 for a whopping $25 million. Now, it’s listed for $20 million.
