Coming out east for the U.S. Open this summer? If so, you’re probably looking for a place to rent short-term—and if your budget is $30,000 for two weeks, then this Sagaponack modern could be the place for you.

From June 11 until June 24, this 3,500-square-foot home could be your early summer getaway. With three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for a family or group of friends to rent the space for either one or two weeks.

A master suite is sited on the second level and features a fireplace, balcony, ensuite bathroom, and an office. The other two bedrooms are also ensuite.

When tenants aren’t hanging out inside the light-filled home or down at the golf course, there’s a heated gunite pool on the manicured grounds and the ocean at Town Line Beach is just a mile walk away.

Located at 47 Erica’s Lane in Sagaponack, the home unfortunately isn’t the closest you could be to Shinnecock Hills Golf Course. Without traffic, the drive could be around 20 minutes—but with the usual morning commuters, plus traffic caused by everyone heading to the U.S. Open, the distance could be a problem for those who don’t want to spend a whole lot of time in the car getting to and from Shinnecock Hills.

Listed under Sotheby’s International Realty agent Beth Troy, the home is either available for $30,000 for a two-week rental, or $15,000 for just one week.
