This week, we’re having readers guess what it would cost to rent this Southampton contemporary style home with views out to Shinnecock Bay for the summer season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

After a full renovation in 2011, the 5,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, water views from multiple living spaces throughout the home, an eight-person sauna, a fireplace, and wet bar.

A screened-in porch leads outside, where there’s a heated saltwater gunite pool and specimen trees. Sited north of the highway, the Shinnecock home is less than a 10-minute drive away from Southampton village shops and restaurants.

Here’s a hint: Last September, the home was available to rent between $50,000 and $65,000, but we all know that rental prices skyrocket in the summer. We’re going to start the guessing at $90,000.
