A Southampton village cape style home on Herrick Road just landed on the market under Saunders Real Estate agent, Patty Oakley, for $3,249,000. Built in 1950 with 1,650 square feet of living space, the home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hardwood floors, and a white brick wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

While the three-bedroom, two-bath home has been kept in good shape, we’ll admit that it could use some refreshing. In particular, we’re thinking that the colored walls will probably be painted white (though the sage green and wainscoting in the mudroom feels incredibly welcoming), and the bathrooms could benefit from some modernizing.

With stainless steel appliances and white cabinets, the galley style kitchen has ample counter and storage space—plus, we just love the bold blue tile on the countertops and backsplash.

A two-car garage features a lofted space above, which could be converted into a guest room or used for storage. There’s also room for a pool on just over a quarter-acre of land.
