On Monday, we featured this cozy Springs cottage with bulkheaded waterfront on Three Mile Harbor to ask readers what they thought it would cost to spend the summer here. This week’s PriceSpotter—located at 209 Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Road in Springs—is listed for $65,000 to rent from Memorial Day to Labor Day this summer season.

About a third of our readers guessed that it was a little lower, between $50,000 and $60,000. Just around the same amount of people, but slightly less, voted in the correct category of between $60,000 and $70,000. Four people thought it would cost more than $70,000.

Built in 1965, the renovated 1,500-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a bonus room, water views, and an open floor plan.

Outside, tenants will enjoy a waterside harbor-view patio that’s great from lounging, dining, or entertaining. For those who like to spend their summers out on the water, direct access to Three Mile Harbor is a great feature of this 0.76-acre property.

The rental is represented by Sotheby’s International Realty agents, Bob Steiner and Jenny Landey.
