After coming on the market six months ago in September of 2017, farmhouse at 840 Sagaponack Main Street has just cut its asking price for the first time. The price has come down by $2 million, making it available for sale under Corcoran Group’s luxury real estate agent, Susan Breitenbach, for $12,995,000.

The home was originally asking $14,995,000 when it listed for sale late last year, and last sold in 2007 for $10 million.

Built in 2003, the 9,200-square-foot home is sited on more than three acres of land that is home to a raspberry and blueberry orchard in addition to the the eight-bedroom farmhouse on the property. The home has a chef’s kitchen, great rooms on both the first and second levels, and a finished lower level with a gym and full bathroom.

A guest apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and full kitchen complements the main house.

Outside—in addition to the gardens—one will find a pool, outdoor living space, outdoor kitchen, a custom-built fire pit with seating, an outdoor shower, and a pool house with a fireplace and bathroom.
