On Monday, we opened a poll to readers so you all could guess the asking price of this south-of-the-highway Bridgehampton summer rental, located at 21 Kellis Way. The home is available for the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day for a total of $275,000. Most of our readers high-balled the asking price just a bit.

More than half of the votes went towards the price range of between $300,000 and $400,000, while nearly the same number of voters guessed that it was under $300,000 and those who guessed it was between $400,000 and $500,000.

Less than 10 percent of readers guessed that it was over $500,000.

The 7,000-square-foot home was built in 2013 and has eight bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. Situated on more than two acres of pondfront land, the newly built home as an entry foyer, open floor plan, a fireplace in the living room, and a gourmet eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a brick pizza oven.

Future tenants will enjoy a screened-in porch which works great for entertaining or dining space in the warmer months. There’s also a heated gunite pool with water views and a spa, as well as direct pond access. At the pond, one can kayak, paddleboard, or other water sports.

The home is listed with Angela Boyer-Stump and Norman Stump of Sotheby’s International Realty.
